Bass were stuck on beds, water temp was 59f. It was extremely windy so sight fishing the beds was out of the question, but fish were easily located up tight to the trees north of the ramp. Casting just past the tree and then slowly reeling the ned rig as close to the trunk led to numerous catches all between 13-15".
