Try pulling a Texas rigged worm through some of the matted grass, especially in North Sauty and Mink Creek. Much of the grass mats have been wiped out and there is a lot of uprooted Eel grass floating everywhere. The fish in the picture was caught by twitching a 7.5” Yum ribbon tail worm (green pumpkin) in and around the submerged grass.
