Fish have begun Spawning on the outside edge of major grass flats on the base of Lilipad stems. They have been staging on the outside edge of spawning flats do to falling water, always keep your eye on the water level to help you decide where the fish might be positioned! Staying a good distance back from the visual cover and fan casting a light weighted Tokyo Rig with a Zoom Zlinky, and dead sticking the bait was the key!
