Covering water is key to getting bit on Lake Wylie this summer. Shade is key to getting bit once the very short morning dies off. Docks, overhangs, & marina slips on main lake points with some current will increase your chances of getting bit. Wylie has been heavily pressured the last year, so put your bait in the places most are scared to attempt that cast.
