Making a long cast out on the ends of points and snapping it outta the grass was key to catch the smallies. Once you would catch one like 5 more smallies would come out with him and they'd stay right by the closest piece of grass or something for them to sit by. Then you can pick them apart with a neko rig. If they just stare at the neko try to rip a jerkbait right by them and you can watch them smash it. The visibility is probably 15 feet with high sun and low wind. A good pair of sunglasses is probably the biggest thing to take away from this pattern.
