The Simms Freestone is a waterproof jacket with a stylish motion-enhancing cut, ample pockets for gear stashing, and keeps you on the water when the bite is hot and the weather is not. Featuring Simms 70D Toray 3-layer waterproof, breathable nylon-treated fabric with DWR (Durable Water Repellent) and backed with a nylon treat coat for comfort, this fabric protects against any storm mother nature presents. The single-point adjustable storm hood with a high collar and a bonded brim sheds water even in an outright downpour. With an exposed, water-resistant center-front zipper backed by a waterproof storm flap, any concerns of water intrusion are eliminated. Constructed with ample storage, the Freestone has large capacity zippered chest pockets, perfect for a couple of medium-sized streamer boxes or any small terminal tackle packs. The Freestone features additional waist-high zippered handwarmer pockets backed with the treat-coat liner for comfort and warmth that also include deep-wading drain hole vents to keep the water out. Additionally, you can fine-tune your fit with the adjustable stretch drawcord at the hem to secure a proper fit and lock wind out. Casting motion-designed sleeves built with articulation in key areas are finished with velcro tab closures to keep water out when releasing fish. The Simms Freestone Jacket dons an urban-fresh versatile look and was purposefully built for the angler on the go who knows you can't change the weather when the bite is on.
