Sufix 832 Braid
$16.99 – $140.99

Seth Akenson
South Center Lake (MN)

Reported by
Brandon Garrett
Lake Washington (6) (MN)
Brandon Garrett reported catching Largemouth Bass using the Grass Jigs technique and Sufix 832 Braid on Lake Washington (6). Additional comments from this report: "Largemouth bass can be found in Washington in very good size. While other guys were working on those bedding smallmouth bass in 5 feet of water, I found largemouth bass by skipping and pitching jigs under docks and into the pencil reeds. I've had the occasional smallmouth catch on those reeds too. I found bigger green fish were on the docks, though. You can also get quality largemouth here skipping senkos under the docks or into the reeds. "

Cody Nielsen
Lake Carlos (MN)
Cody Nielsen reported catching Largemouth Bass using the Grass Jigs technique and Sufix 832 Braid on Lake Carlos. Additional comments from this report: "Used a chatterbait and swim jig on weed edges to locate fish. Found groups of larger fish schooled up in milfoil patches. Classic flipping baits worked well, with most fish coming on a stealth feider jig and a 3/8oz weighted tokyo rig with a craw tube trailer. Having multiple rigs at the ready was key to getting multiple bites. "
Seaguar InvizX 100% Fluorocarbon
$29.99 – $149.99

Reported by
Nicholas Robinson
Burke Lake (VA)
Nicholas Robinson reported catching Largemouth Bass using the Grass Jigs technique and Seaguar InvizX 100% Fluorocarbon on Burke Lake. Additional comments from this report: "A 3 hour outing on Burke Lake targeting Pre-Spawn fish staging on points during low water levels made them reachable from wading further out into shallow flats. Water temperature had been stable throughout the day and a low pressure system/storm was forecasted to hit the area between 1200 and 1300. Other conditions present: overcast and a light ripple. Hydrilla was growing in well and fish were relating to the grass. All bites came on the end of long casts after ripping either the Lil' Magnum or a Chatterbait through the grass. Big fish of the day was just over 5lbs and a total of 8 fish, including a 5lb snakehead. Was an amazing short outing for targeting highly pressured fish."

hookedonbassin
Brookville Lake (IN)
hookedonbassin reported catching Largemouth Bass using the Grass Jigs technique and Seaguar InvizX 100% Fluorocarbon on Brookville Lake. Additional comments from this report: "It was very cold and very slow. The fishing was tough & bites were limited. We caught a handful of white bass on Ned & Demiki rigs a little offshore and the one largemouth off the day came on a jig off of a point in about 10 feet of water."

Reported by
Lance Pemble
Lake Kissimmee (FL)
Lance Pemble reported catching Largemouth Bass using the Grass Jigs technique and Seaguar InvizX 100% Fluorocarbon on Lake Kissimmee. Additional comments from this report: "This practice day was INSANE on Lake Kissimmee... Caught a 7-12 and a 9 pounder 30 yards apart.... What I did this day was got in areas that had hard bottom and a mixture of Kissimmee grass and lily pads. Got in these places and just went to chunking and winding the ol chatterbug. It was a simple and very efficient way to cover water and try to catch bigs. Unfortunately during the tournament I wasnt able to make the run to check on them, decided to stay on Toho and make certain we had our 5 fish instead of gambling on these big girls."

Seth Akenson reported catching Largemouth Bass using the Grass Jigs technique and Sufix 832 Braid on South Center Lake. Additional comments from this report: "We had a club tournament on North/South Center and the weather and patterns were all over the place. Early in the week the water temperature was 70+ degrees and we thought some fish were already off beds. Then the air temperature dropped to the low 40s on Fridayand cooled the water to 60 degrees. By Sunday, the water temperature had climbed back to 65 degrees and we found that fish were sliding back up to shallow cover in tight to sand, docks, cattails, etc. All of my fish were caught on a 3/8oz steath feider with a zoom ultra speed vibe craw and most were caught skipping docks.
