Sufix 832 Braid

$16.99 – $115.99

Reported by
Seth Akenson

Lower Prior Lake (MN)

Seth Akenson reported catching Largemouth Bass using the Grass Jigs technique and Sufix 832 Braid on Lower Prior Lake. Additional comments from this report: "Bass could be found on deep weedlines adjacent to bluegill. We caught most bass pulling jigs through the vegetation and pausing. Be patient and work baits slow. Throwing heavier jigs will also allow you to cast farther and maintain bottom contact in windy conditions "

Reported by
Brandon Garrett

Lake Washington (6) (MN)

Brandon Garrett reported catching Largemouth Bass using the Grass Jigs technique and Sufix 832 Braid on Lake Washington (6). Additional comments from this report: "Largemouth bass can be found in Washington in very good size. While other guys were working on those bedding smallmouth bass in 5 feet of water, I found largemouth bass by skipping and pitching jigs under docks and into the pencil reeds. I've had the occasional smallmouth catch on those reeds too. I found bigger green fish were on the docks, though. You can also get quality largemouth here skipping senkos under the docks or into the reeds. "

Reported by
Cody Nielsen

Lake Carlos (MN)

Cody Nielsen reported catching Largemouth Bass using the Grass Jigs technique and Sufix 832 Braid on Lake Carlos. Additional comments from this report: "Used a chatterbait and swim jig on weed edges to locate fish. Found groups of larger fish schooled up in milfoil patches. Classic flipping baits worked well, with most fish coming on a stealth feider jig and a 3/8oz weighted tokyo rig with a craw tube trailer. Having multiple rigs at the ready was key to getting multiple bites. "

Seaguar InvizX 100% Fluorocarbon

$26.99 – $137.99

Reported by
Ben Korhonen

Gull Lake (MN)

Ben Korhonen reported catching Largemouth Bass using the Grass Jigs technique and Seaguar InvizX 100% Fluorocarbon on Gull Lake . Additional comments from this report: "Finding deeper cabbage or coontail edges and flipping the jig or a wacky rig in or around produce bites but it was a pretty tough day out on the water "

Reported by
Daryl Mouw

Duck Creek (NE)

Daryl Mouw reported catching Largemouth Bass using the Grass Jigs technique and Seaguar InvizX 100% Fluorocarbon on Duck Creek. Additional comments from this report: " Morning bite is the best time for pitching a Texas Rig into & along laydowns & flooded trees. There are some good size largemouth here & I have caught a few weighing 4-5 lb's in the last couple years."

Reported by
Nicholas Robinson

Ni River Reservoir (VA)

Nicholas Robinson reported catching Largemouth Bass using the Grass Jigs technique and Seaguar InvizX 100% Fluorocarbon on Ni River Reservoir. Additional comments from this report: "Spent the day with my brother Pitching and Flipping Jigs/Shakeyheads (myself) and Texas Rigs (my brother) into vegetation off of Main Lake Points and running chatterbaits in shallow water offset from bluegill beds where shallow water transitions into deeper water. The Lil' Magnum is phenomenal and is a must have for your jig box! Our pattern was Lilypads isolated from other vegetation on points and isolated cover such as wood and cattails. We had a lot of bites on what would normally be a tough, post frontal day. Our final bag was a respectable 15lbs for post-spawn fish on a smaller body of water. "

Sunline Super FC Sniper

$21.99 – $138.99

Reported by
Ben Demo

Lake Minnetonka (MN)

Ben Demo reported catching Largemouth Bass using the Grass Jigs technique and Sunline Super FC Sniper on Lake Minnetonka. When you fish a jig in grass your not leaving after 20 mins take your time and pick it apart."

Reported by
Connor Nagy

Cedar Lake (MN)

Connor Nagy reported catching Largemouth Bass using the Grass Jigs technique and Sunline Super FC Sniper on Cedar Lake. Additional comments from this report: "Pitching and swimming a jig around curly leaf and lily pads as well as mixing in a wacky rig made for a fun day catching a lot of 2 to 3 pounders."
