Dick Majewski
Wolf River (WI)
Dick Majewski reported catching Smallmouth Bass using the Umbrella Rigs technique and Keitech Fat Swing Impact 3.3" on Wolf River. Additional comments from this report: "Water temps right around 50 degrees still. Fish were suspended over main river channel. Caught nicest smallmouth on an umbrella rig, but eventually fished channel swing humps with a DT 6 and even slower with a black and blue jig bumping bottom over the same rocky humps. The jig was the most productive of all the lures I tried. Should have mixed in a jerkbait, but I'll save that for next time."
