Stripers and Bass both fall victim to a medium to slow retrieve. Can be fished with lighter weighted jig heads shallow like a spinnerbait around visible structure. "

They were super shallow chasing bait. Casting at the bank and they would bite within first few cranks of the reel super fun time!"

A rig tip put 2 heavy jig heads on the bottom of the arig an use your lighter jig head for the remainder of hanger also throw a different color on your middle wire that will usually be the one that always gets ate!!!"

The most consistent water temp was 48 degrees, and less than 2 ft of visibility. The hybrid were on top of humps or just on the side of boulders and would eat the umbrella rig if it got any closer than 3 feet. Putting it right in front of them was the key with the water being so dirty and having no wind or current. "
