After learning the ropes of tournament fishing in the college circuits and enjoying some success along the way, I bought a boat and began fishing across my adoptive state of Arkansas. I fish in as many tournaments as I can and for as much fun as possible. I enjoy the competitive nature of tournaments and like to learn about how other people approach different bodies of water. Fishing to me is a never ending learning experience that produces instant and humbling results. My goals include competing in B.A.S.S. Open tournaments and B.A.S.S. Nation circuit to qualify for the Bassmaster Classic. Little did I know then, but all this started when 4 yr old me read a Bassmaster magazine and then replicated a technique I learned from it to catch bass in our pond at home.
