Early mornings the bass can be found chasing baitfish from deep water and pinning them against steep drop offs and busting on the surface. Look for the shallowest water that drops off to 20-50ft and throw spinnerbaits with power swimmers over deep water and catch em good. When the sun comes up a squarebill over the remaining weeds does very well.

There was a pretty good flippin' bite over on East when the morning fish would die off on West. Caught some nice ones just putting a tube in n' out of the docks that were still there. Some spots had more grass than others and that's when I would fish a Craw Tube instead so it would come back more clean. Docks that were deeper seemed to be the best option.
