Weightless white fluke caught several around sunrise that were around points and some schooling. The biggest (but fewer) came on the chigger craw

Found shad along bluffs by the dam and there was bass feeding on them. You have to get close to the shore and make accurate casts.

The fish are plentiful but small. You can catch them on jigs, drop shot, cranking and top water. Great time to learn new techniques.

Morning - Shad color Rico’s or Rio Rico’s will catch them anywhere on the lake. Afternoon -Main lake points and steep bluff walls. 18-22ft drop shot and jigs.

Early morning top water bite on choppo and poppers. Later on, drop shot bite on 4 and 6 in roboworms in morning dawn worked well. 15+ ft deep in main lake.
