Berkeley flat worm also produced some bites. Water level still way low but up from last time we were here.

The choppo in light colors around points and banks upriver were effective early morning. Later in the morning, roboworms in shad and green pumpkin on the dropshot worked in 8-15 ft. Yellow cliff and main lake areas. Topwater should go off soon as the temps come down.

Good day. Lots of fish in 10-12 ft on 3xd’s in shad colors. Later in the morning, keitech swim baits off points in main lake and bigger coves were good.

Hot day. 90 degrees out by 7:00 am. Caught one on a megabass pop max before the sun came up. Once up, dropshotted in 12-20 ft on the main lake. Mustad alpha finesse hook, zoom trick worm in pumpkin colors worked well.

Early morning top water bite on choppo and poppers. Later on, drop shot bite on 4 and 6 in roboworms in morning dawn worked well. 15+ ft deep in main lake.

Berkeley 3xd in citrus worked in 8-15 ft of water. Later in day, free rigged Berkeley flat worms wit 1/4 oz tungsten in 10-20 ft. No topwater bite again. Overnight temperatures coming down nicely so should catch on soon? Water level down but lake is still fishing nice.
