Fished the west side weed line near lily pads. Used leeches on a drop shot. Was looking for largemouth but only caught crappie. They were are all about 10” in length

This lake has zero access. You either need to know a homeowner or fish from shore. If you can get on the lake - there is no large engines allowed but you will have a very fun time if you can get off the shore. Some of the biggest bass in the State are in this lake but they are hard to get too without a boat. If you are going to fish around the available shorelines, topwater applications are your best bets for the bigger bites. I would focus on buzz baits, spooks and frogs and follow up with swim jigs. It is a hard lake to fish considering the homeowners keep anglers at bay. Good luck!
