Caught a 6.7lbs bass, tried to add a photo of the scale weight but wasn’t able to. Just slow pops off the bottom.

Very active day with tons sailboat and recreational paddlers. Vegetation was thick and abundance. Interestingly, the lagoon was completely full of crappies; but not many were interested in biting on this warm day. Most were just suspending around structure in the water. We did manage to get a few from smaller 1/64oz jigs. Bluegills were also abundant along the shorelines and within the weeds. Most were of good size! Outside the weed lines and along the depth transitions were often pikes stalking the area. Chatterbaits was very successful for us and we ended up with quite a few within the 22" - 30" size.
