Today I fished the main creek arm that is no wake zone. I started at the ramp and went all the way to the end of no wake and back, total of 8 miles. I caught 22 bass a mixture of smallmouth and largemouth. 19 of those were between 5-10 inches. But I was able to land a 3+ pound largemouth. I also lost one next to the kayak that was around 2.5lb. All the fish were caught throwing a Berkley Flatworm on a dropshot. Casting against the bank aiming for laydowns and bushes. Though some were caught in the 10-20 foot range along the steep banks as well. Awesome first time at this lake will be back for sure!
