Fish are currently in every stage of the spawn. We targeted post spawn and fry guarding largemouth staging in the weeds. Lots of 3-4 pound fish with a few near 6 pounds were brought into the boat.

May 8th A few buddies and I headed out in our yaks to fish for largemouth bass. Catching quite a few mostly in the grass flats fan casting but some were caught by the dock pilings as well. They were all stacked up the north end of the lake pre-spawn feeding getting ready to spawn. You can see the whole day unfold on youtube at Jake_Stem_Fishing
