Fished the Chesapeake for a late November trip and found the water to be fairly stained and the water in the high 40's. I flipped a mop jig the most fishing it very slow to pick a handful of keepers including one around 4lbs. The key was working the deeper docks where the current wasn't as strong since the fish are slowing down now with the colder water temps. I also threw a bladebait a little and had a couple short strikes but that bite should pick up as it gets into the lower 40's.
