The key for today was all about presentation and keeping it in the strike zone as long as possible.

The key was to work it super slow and pop it over the rocks, the bass would crush it as soon as it popped over.

Bounced around fishing different ledges and breaks on the lower end of the lake. The bass were between 10 and 20 feet deep and holding tight to the drop-offs.

When water levels are higher with trees and bushes submerged, they are hot spots for Fisk anywhere from 3-7 lbs. Soft swimbaits, brush hawgs, ribbon tail worms; 2/0 hook, Texas rig, weed less. Reel slow and hang on!

Slow dragging free rigged yum dinger on ledges/humps in the Harrison Bay area.

Went in May and did pretty well on Cranks sitting in 15’ casting into 3-10’. Using 6’ crank baits in red, anywhere you’d bump grass. Several 3-5lbs, and buddy caught an 8lb 4oz.
