TechniqueHard JerkbaitsSeasonSpring (Pre-Spawn)StructureBouldersThere is simply no way around it up north here in Maine water is at the perfect temperature to get good bites on a jerk bait! A very useful tool for finding fish! You can cover large areas quickly as well as focus on smaller areas. This bait has caught half my fish this season and it sure is a fun way to get em! Just let that road load up often times right on the pause twitch pause bam! Enjoy

TechniqueDrop ShotSeasonSummerStructureHumpsQuickly one of my favorite ways to fish because it simply catches em! Utilizing the power rod with a finesse presentation. Your able to quickly and efficiently get the bait down around those bigger lazy post spawn fish without spooking them away. Hope this helps you boat some bigger fish like it did for me! Shout out Woo!

TechniqueStructure JigsSeasonFallStructureHumpsDay after tournament bite was tougher. Cold front with wind moved in. Water temp dropped few degrees over night. Fish moved from where they were on submerged grass points out to edges of flats/humps. Had to slow drag a finesse jig to get bites. Landed a nice 4lb largemouth but that was one of 3 fish total for the day.
