Targeted rock flats around the lake. It was key to find patches of weeds and work the edges. Both a ned rig and drop shot worked. I also targeted the biggest boulders I could find in deeper water and caught a few nice fish. Wind definitely played a factor as to where the fish were setting up on the structure.

Fished a tournament this day and found smallmouth on livescope and would just pitch ned rigs and drop shots to them. You could watch the active fish immediately follow the bait to the bottom and eat it. Fish were on both flats and edges of drops. Caught one decent largemouth on a spook first thing in the morning over a grass pocket.
