Summer patterns tell us to key on weed lines but nobody told the fish! All Largies and some Smallies were caught in front of pencil reed beds over vegetation with a Bluegill colored Chatterbait with a bright blue colored head weight. Also picked a few in the same areas with a similarly colored 3/8oz jig. Note: both baits held Crush City Ned’s in BLT Goby pattern.
