Fish were tight to wood. Just flipped this to the trees hanging out by the bank and focused on 45 degree banks with boulder rock and close to channel swings or access to deep water.

The fish in the morning were tight to stumps/standing timber about 4-5 feet off the bank in about 8 foot of water. Throw the X bites as close as you can to the stumps and hold on! Also a swamp bug sr in green pumpkin blue was key when the sun came out and the topwater bite slowed down. Flipped it around lay downs and stumps and standing timber and caught good fish doing that
