3.5 pounder slammed the popping frog on a submerged weed line next to a steep drop off. They were fired up on the top water bite just after sunrise this morning.

Caught a total of 5 fish weighing 12.2 pound in total with the biggest fish weighting 4.1 in just under 2 hours. The deps buzzjet is an INCREDIBLE top water lure that mimics a dead bait fish at the surface and has brought me some of my biggest fish this year! The average fish I catch with this lure weighs at the least 3 pounds. I believe this topwater lure is the next big thing surpassing far over other top performing topwater lures like the whopper plopper! This lure has been the reason I have won a bunch of tournaments this year! This lure is a must have in your arsenal!
