Largemouth BassTechniqueStructure JigsSeasonSpring (Post-Spawn)StructureReedsStarted out pitching jigs along the reeds because I assumed the bass were still in their spawn mode. Managed to get a few in the boat. Moved off the shoreline after seeing a lot of cruisers in the 6-8ft of water range. Tossing bluegill pattern jigs and chatterbaits seemed to be the ticket because I noticed the bluegills were on beds already. Caught bass all throughout, couldn't really pattern them well today. Got them along the reeds and off the deeper drop offs with jigs, and in between by burning a chatterbait. The bass are all pretty much post-spawn already, a bit earlier than many of the other lakes in the area.

Largemouth BassTechniqueDrop ShotSeasonSpring (Spawn)StructureSubmerged VegetationCasted off the small launching dock to the left out past the lilypads and weeds, did slow drags towards the dock and sure enough they're up shallow and had this one hit off the Z-Man Fuzzy NuggetZ! Be sure to tie your drop shot a good 6-8 inches off the bottom of where your sinker would be to not get a bunch of weeds!
