Most success was dragging a C-rig on main lake points, but you had to fight heavy wind to do it. Success to a lesser extent in shallow dirty water upriver throwing spinnerbaits, crank baits, and vibrating jogs. Most fish do not seem to have moved up to spawn yet.

The fishing was extremely tough with only several bites between the two of us in the boat. The quality bites (2.5lb and greater) came from the crankbaits in 2-7 feet of water. Was making quartering cast to rip rap banks. Some would hit near the bank and others on the last half of the retrieve
