Had a cold front come through which made smallmouth pretty finicky. Obvious humps from 14'-20' produced bigger fish but I could only get 1 or 2 bites at each spot. Jerkbaits on points also caught smaller fish.

Finished a tourney on LCO 7/9 ended up taking 1st the smallmouth hadn’t put on the post spawn weight yet so we fished smallie the first 2 hours then largemouth most of the day. Smallies were cruising shallow rock flats/spines topwater/flukes. The largies in standing cabbage with milfoil clumps mixed in. However the largies weren’t relating to the milfoil during the tournament more cruising in the cabbage
