First time out on this lake bass fishing. So I went exploring and tried just about everything just to see what got a bite going. I had a range of success, but wanted to highlight the Heddon Super Spook, just because it's so fun to get those top water bites. I think tomorrow, I'm going to concentrate on using a jig. But today, it was throw the kitchen sink and explore day! Water temps were all over the place, depending on where you were on the lake.

Overall, slow day for bass. Only catches came from main lake points with a drop shot and 6” Morning Dawn worm. Lots of shad balls 15-25’
