Took the kayak for a morning outing. Used the mini chatterbait with a trailer and tossed it along the weed lines near the dock. Caught several medium size LM bass.

Got out a bit later last night (6:30pm) because it was so hot. Tried working a frog and flipping some grass with no luck. Got my only bites on a drop shot on the weed lines. Key was to get it in the weeds and work it out. I am still working on my drop shotting skills so I missed a few and had a few strikes as I was reeling it in.
