Lake Fayette is in the transitional period between winter and spring. Bass are starting to migrate to the shallower spawning areas, secondary points, and flats. Plastic jerkbaits at medium to slow retrieves were the most effective throughout the day. During the warmer parts of the day lipless and flat-sided crankbaits were productive with a medium retrieve.
