When they eat the crankbait like that you know it's a good day! Fishing shallow docks and lay down trees with a DT 4 in bluegill or baby bass color. Docks that were in 3+ feet seemed to be better, but caught a bunch of giants doing this. A black and blue jig also got skipped around to get under those docks and trees where the crankbait couldn't get to. Fishing the windy side mostly, the calmer side of the lake did not yield many fish

Was flipping matted coontail and lilypads. The vegetation that looked alive was what held fish. Anywhere from 6 inches of water out to 5 feet.
