i caught a lot of fish today on points that had very deep water right next to them. the fish were suspended over 30 feet of water. i used a megabass vision 110 +1 to catch them. i was working the jerk bait very fast with hard jerks.

The fishing right now is amazing. you can find fish anywhere you stop. At every point that I stopped on, I was able to see schools of fish and catch multiple ones. they are biting basically anything that you throw that looks like a shad. There was a lot of schooling action in the morning and all throughout the day.
