Over several trips, most of the bass were caught on chartreuse and powder blue Strike King KVD 1.5 squarebill crankbaits. I would cast the bait to laydowns and pause the retrieve when it collided with a branch or rock.

All fish were caught on lay downs in 6-8 feet of water, we managed to also find one fish still on a bed, seems like the majority of the fish are in fact in full post spawn mode.
