If you want to catch a lot of bass make sure to get out there early. If you can, get on the water at sun up. The water is like a mirror and the bass are busting on schools of shad. Cruise around looking for bass breaking the surface and throw a fluke in the area. Jerk it across the top of the water and watch the bass attack it. A walking bait will also work but the hookup ratio was not as good. You can catch largemouth and spotted bass on back to back to back casts. The spotted bass are FAT!
