Found some pre spawn largies today in offshore grass. I was using the 3.3 keitech with the northland underspin to make my bait stand out in the wind.

Threw the Rage Bug around the laydown around dusk. Landed 4 bass in 40 minutes and missed 3 others. The Strike King Rage Bug is my go to bait in a variety of sizes and colors.

Caught over 20 bass between 2-3 pounds fishing a 2.8" and 3.3" Keitech Swing Impact Fat swimbait with a 1/8 oz. round ball jig head over weed flats during the prespawn. Also caught over a dozen pike with the same technique.

I was fishing on sparse weeds on the outside of weed edges in 12’-16’. Had the plastic on a 1/4 ounce jig and was either slow swimming it or snap jogging it back to the boat.

Water temps were in the upper 50s. Used a classic ned rig with a white jig head and red body. Caught a couple bass around 15". Fishing was decent about 10ft off the docks, or close to shore around docks.

It was a slow night for me. i managed one 18.5" on a Texas rigged Senko style worm. I lost a nice one next to the kayak on a Black/Blue 3/8" Jack Hammer with B/B paddle tail.
