Productive day of fishing on Mooney, the bass were hanging in 6-9 foot range on brush piles or stumps. Dropping the Keitech Easy shiner into the brush and letting float down slowly was a killer. Caught about 20 bass on that technique in the 1-3 pound range.

Tournament with the High Voltage Bass Club! Had a decent day on the lake on this tournament. Top Water was on fire first thing in the morning landed one close to 5lbs and a few others. As soon as the sun got high in the sky I moved to underwater stumps and sticks on points down around 8-10 feet with the Zoom trick worm, the bite was slow but got my limit. Ended up in 6th place for the tournament.

Second day in a row catching post spawn bass off secondary points. Fish were in 8-10 foot of water. Slow presentation with the Keitech Easy Shiner drew the bite. Put about 15 in the boat in 4 hours several in the the 3+ pound range.

Fish have moved into post spawn conditions. I caught all my bass in 7-10 foot of water on standing brush/stumps/timber on mostly secondary points. The Keitech Easy Shiner was the bait that did it for me, slow presentation. I caught about 10 bass in 2.5 hours with this presentation.

Top Water was hot in the morning on points and Islands. The Zara Spook got the job done, landed a nice 5lber with it. The fish moved onto the flooded brush/timber in 8-10 feet. I was catching them on a Culprit worm watermelon red. The worm setup was in a "Texas Glide' configuration (internal nail wait not a traditional bullet weight) to allow the worm to fall down in the trees slowly.

Picked up around 50 Bass on Mooney fishing the Senko around brush and trees in 6-8 feet of water. The bass are in post spawn mode and are about to make the push to their summer feedgin areas. If there is a piece of cover in 6-8 feet their was a bass around them.

The lake is heating up, and the bass have moved up to start the spawn. As usual they were not hitting moving baits they would only hit a whacky style plastic. The zoom trick worm was the key, fishing it in 4 to 5 foot of water in the coves.
