Lake Naconiche is a nearly 700-acre lake in Eastern Texas. The most popular target fishing species is largemouth bass. In cooler months months, largemouth bass are active for long periods of the day in shallow water. During spring, fall and winter, these active, fish can be caught with crankbaits, spinnerbaits, and swim jigs worked over patches of shallow water vegetation. Topwater baits work well in the evenings when bass become sluggish during the hot summer days.
