Look for spawning bass around docks. The beds will be close to a piling or to some sort of hard structure. Once you find some beds, pitch your bait quietly past the bed and work it into the bed. Watch how the bass reacts. Try different weights or even weightless until you get them to bite. If you don't have any luck doing that just make long cast with a texas rigged stick bait or creature bait and fish it back to the boat. Important thing is to make sure you have hard bottom. Had some luck blind fishing beds flipping docks. Had to let it soak a little before moving it and fish it very slow. The water clarity wasn't great but when you did find it you could catch them fan casting that worm and slowly working it through the grass.
