Water started cooling off, focused on the furthest outside weed-lines with close access to deep water. The key was the deeper water being close to the weed-line, so the bass could move up and feed without traveling too far!

Get out early! Beat the heat and beat everyone else out there, have been having awesome success early walking baits over points, and submerged grass! Bluegill or shad patterns based on the lighting conditions and water color!

Went pre-fishing down in Mississippi and found a lot of big fish in flooded trees and stumps was just throwing a swim jig over the top of them would come unglued right away or they would follow it to the boat. It was a blast!

Focused the early morning on covering water with a big walking bait, found lots of active fish along steep drop banks. Marked my fish catches, came back through with a jig as well as a chatterbait and picked off a few more!
