Lake Powell is north of the Glen Canyon Dam and shares its water with Arizona and Utah. Powell is primarily a recreational lake, however there are good fishing opportunities available for Smallmouth Bass, Largemouth Bass, Walleye, Crappie, and Bluegill. Many anglers target the bass and walleye in the spring and fall, while in summer time bluegills and crappies are most active.
