On this date, the bass were buried deep into the reeds, grass, etc, and almost impossible to reach, aside from the holes and irregularities. These areas were targeted with a swimming jig. The retrieve was extremely fast and erratic, causing a reaction strike. Due to the clear water and forage, the color was BLUEGILL.
