Focused on weed edges adjacent to spawning flats and transition areas with the chatterbait. Also caught some key fish up shallow pitching and fishing around bedding areas. Biggest fish 6.8lbs came off a bed with Missile Baby D Stroyer. I uses the same rod, 7’3H dobyns champion, for both techniques.

The water temps have been up and down on Tarpon. They have been much colder than they were in December. This has pushed the fish on and off bed many times. However, there are a bunch starting to lock on. One of my favorite baits for bed fishing is a Missile Baits D Stroyer. The little legs in the back really get them fired up. Weights have been strong with 19+ winning again last week and 7lbs for big bass.
