I was fishing Fond du lac area yesterday in the winds and manage to hook up into some bass! They were all nice quality and thick fish. I was throwing a Z MAN hot craw chatter bait with a keitech as a trailer and they were straight smashing them! I also had a few bites on a 110 megabass jerkbait! I was also just on shore fishing. Goodluck and tightlines!

Emergent vegetation in shallow backwater fishing around docks and shoreline wood. Only saw one bed used a Black Zoom lizard to catch bass Most bites came in open water as bass would chase the topwater. Fished the jig around seawalls and docks.

Fished backwater areas above emergent vegetation. Could see where bass were chasing minnows at the surface and fished the Horny Toad thoroughly in those areas.

Lots of Walleyes are being caught in the river located in Oshkosh on the Fox River Especially near the Hwy 41 Bridge. Using jigs and minnow or Flys have been working best. Try different depths and keep moving until you find the correct depth.

Right now the Smallies are starting to stage up and getting ready to spawn. They are just waiting for a few warmer days. Water Temps 56 Average 3lb smallies are being caught anywhere from 4-10 depths.

I was using slip bobbers with live minnows and leeches. Casting to the reefs and around them. The walleyes are biting very well. There are a lot of healthy fish this year.
