Fish were inside reeds mixed with pads and rice. Having a spinner bait slowly slide through the reeds and rice were crucial to the bite. Frogging in the pads also did well once you found the right spot. Occasionally you could catch them spread out, but there are areas where they were absolutely stacked. Pair your spinner bait with any paddle tail.

Doesn't feel like the Fall Feedbag is quite in full swing on Leech, but hopefully that picks up soon as water is in the upper 50's as of this weekend. Fish seemed to be scattered & in a transition. Typical reeds and rice did produce some fish & occasional quality fish
