The big smallmouth are starting to stack up on deeper rock piles. It seemed like the casting location was key as bites were few and far between unless you could make repetitive casts to specific spots. The bites were subtle the fish would grab it and not move. This bite should hold up if the weather stays decent.

Most of the quality bass came on about 12-14 feet with grass clumps around. About a 1/4 oz drop shot weight helped the bait get down in the grass.
