Find the deep grass line (8-12 ft) and look for thicker clumps and hard defined edges. My dad put a hurting on them ripping a chatterbait through the top of the grass. I fished slow dragging a Carolina rig and a drop shot off the edge of the grass. It wasn’t hot and heavy, but when you got bit there were usually a few fish in the same area.
