Slow retrieve under a slip cork, double jigs tied on a foot apart, red body with chartreuse tails, tipped with a crappie nibble. Threw back several but brought home 38 keepers between my 9 year old stepson and myself. And yes he outfished me with the same technique

Slow retrieve double jigs under a slip cork, red body with chartreuse tails. 12 foot of water and got most crappie at 4-8 feet down. Once again my stepson was on fire this evening. He is learning so much!

Booyah BYCVS12GNT726 Covert Series - JC Special (1/2 oz) was used. Multiple Nate’s were attempted from the whopper plopper to larger spinner baits to wacky rigs during this fishing outing. We were in a small cove with a steady inlet of water but was also very calm. During this time we saw multiple shad in their spawn between 630 am and 1030 am. I switched over to the Booyah BYCVS12GNT726 Covert Series - JC Special (1/2 oz) at around 8am. Water temp was roughly 56 degrees with water depths in the area we were fishing between 2 feet and 12 feet. On the very first cast with the JC Special I took a very hard bite but was not able to set the hook. On the second cast I casted into about 6 foot depth water with about 3 1/2 feet visibility. I reeled my bait caster 3 times and let it sit for about 30 second and immediately took at bite. The hook set in the upper lip of a beautiful white bass. The product is an excellent product. We continued on using this product for the remainder of the day and proceeded to catch small mouth bass and a few nice sized carp as well. The product is durable, bright, and vibrant and attracts fish during the pre spawn and spawn.
