They’re starting to pull up shallow and getting ready to spawn so get in as much fishing in as you can.

Water temp was 50-52 degrees on March 23rd. You will catch bass anywhere from 1 to 15 ft of water. The deep bite is all but over at this time. Crank baits, jigs have been working well for me. Almost never marked the fish we caught. almost always got the bite on the fall. no need to fish the bait on the bottom very long.

Caught one first cast throwing a firetail(wart) in the mouth of a creek arm on a dock. Made a move and started catching them good on a tube in 12 foot off of docks on the good ol tube with a 1/4 Oz jig head.
