I fished up-river until the water temps started dropping below 55°. Bites were tough to come by today. The lake is at winter pool so be very careful to stay in the river channel if you head close to the 4 mile marker.

Water temp was 78° and we were in pre-frontal conditions. Today I tried the 3/8 oz. Strike King Football head jig with a Gamakatsu hook. Was able to catch 7 lm bass in less than three hours dragging a Zoom finess worm in 5-15 ft on bluff walls.
