If the wind is blowing O'Dowd has a lot of natural funnel points. Focus your attention between the islands and points, anywhere the wind is pushing bait. Rip a lipless through the remaining weeds. I like to use a low stretch flurcarbon for this on a 7ft medium heavy rod.

The water was cooling 57 -60 degrees of water, some warmer water could still be found in some area. majority of the fish were caught on rock with worked erratically crankbaits in shallow water in 6 ft. of water. the same presentation worked in a bay that still had green weeds. there was a finnesse bite on the weed edges presented very slow with a soft plastic stickbait or dropshot
