Nearby Three Oaks Reservoir—June 16–The spawn seemed to be over and the bass were picky and deep. We managed a couple of two pounders on jigs and a couple other bites. The deep fish were not actively feeding, but the ones we found on shallow lay downs and reeds were biting. There are HUGE crappie in this lake. The one pictured was like 16”. It ate a bass jig of all things.
