They wanted the ToadZ burning across the surface this morning. I got one bass that was over 4lbs and three that were over 3lbs. They just crushed it. If you have water temp above 70, give burning a toad a try. I also got a few pike and I think missed a Bowfin

Got out the past couple of nights. On the first night the bass were slamming the Toadz in and around pads. Just vicious strikes. Last night I caught a few mostly small bass around docks other than the first one that was 3lbs. Got better size along the inside edge of some reeds. Got my big fish both night’s on weed flats throwing a buzzbait with a Hot Snakes Toadz. That Hot Snakes color is fire on Platte, but the pike love it as much as the bass. The first night I also got a couple quality bites over the weed flat on a Repo Man and Terkel Sprinker.
